Samer’s mastery of lean methodologies is underscored by his certification as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, alongside an MBA in Business Analytics, positioning him as a pioneer in integrating lean principles with project management. His professional qualifications are further enhanced by a suite of PMI certifications (PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA), reflecting his comprehensive approach to managing complexity, ensuring efficiency, and maximizing value in construction projects.
